Your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of all office spaces, restocking snacks and toiletries, and performing regular upkeep tasks to maintain a pleasant and hygienic work atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily cleanliness of all office areas (workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets, common areas);
Ensure floors, surfaces, glass, and high-touch points are cleaned and sanitised regularly;
Manage waste disposal, recycling, and bin maintenance;
Refill consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kitchen supplies and snacks);
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times;
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly;
Ensure offices are ready for daily operations and meetings;
Support office setups for events or internal activities;
Monitor and report cleaning and office supply levels;
Assist with receiving, storing, and organising supplies;
Follow cleaning schedules and task checklists;
Work efficiently with minimal supervision;
Communicate clearly with office management regarding issues or needs;
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely;
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
