Class 5 Local Pick-up & Delivery Driver/Dock worker Great Wages
This is a combination of an early morning dock person and a Class 5 delivery driver, start time of 4 AM, Monday to Friday, for an average of 10 hours a day. Flexibility required.
The first few hours are spent on the dock stripping inbound trailers, using a handheld device to track and note damages and shortages, and loading local delivery trailers and 5-ton trucks. Cubing and reweighing freight, securing freight, starting heaters, and placarding trailers as required.
Pre-trip and post-trip truck, deliver, and pick up freight as required.

- Class 5 license with 1 year of pick-up and delivery experience
- 1 year of dock and forklift experience
- Physically fit, able to repetitively lift 50 lbs
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- TDG, WHMIS experience are assets
- Must be able to provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related references.
