Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • This candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Claims processors.
  • This candidate will supervise the day-to-day operations activities, and assist in hiring, training, and reviewing performance of staff. Review, evaluate, and resolve inventory concerns.
  • Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
  • Responsible for managing and meeting key financial metrics across the team s books of business
  • Meets operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying claim processing efficiencies and improvements.

  • Collaborate with GSP partners to ensure the level of output matches that of the internal team.
Qualifications:
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Claim Adjudication process (in that min. 2 years of team management experience). US & International claims processing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • People management experience and experience in an inventory management environment with respect to turnaround time and quality required
  • Experience providing feedback and conducting performance coaching sessions
  • Knowledge of Claims processing
  • Seeking opportunities for efficiency and process improvement in all aspects of the organization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize work and work independently while managing time effectively; Able to multitask when necessary
  • Ability to independently identify a problem and conduct the necessary research to locate a solution

  • Bangalore, India (Work from office)
Work Shift:
  • 17:00 to 02:00 IST (core US shift)
