Zurich Insurance (HK) is currently hiring Claims Program - Associate to join our Claims Express Hub. This is a great opportunity to start a career in claims by learning how to interpret, investigate and evaluate policies and coverage issues, as well as claims handling and best practices. This is a one-year program with a chance of job rotation to different personal lines of business, such as Travel, Personal Accident, Property, Motor, etc. Successful candidates with satisfactory performance should have the opportunity of permanent employment.
After the program, you will acquire the skills and experience via on-the-job training:
- thorough understanding of claims operations from investigation to settlement
- good knowledge of local regulatory and governance requirements of claims handling
- working knowledge of identifying potential fraud/recovery
- effective communication and negotiation skills in customer centric mindset

- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
