Claim Assessment Specialist
Claim Assessment Specialist is the primary contact to gather all company, legal and regulatory requirements to process claims, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assess claims to make favorable decisions while balancing competitiveness and risk.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team for re-underwriting decisions on cases with pre-existing conditions.
- Address requirements and complaints in the claims field.
- Train team members on medical aspects and provide in-depth medical analysis.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager to meet departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in medical or life insurance claims.
- Additional qualifications like FLMI/ALMI, FALU/AALU, or FCII/ACII are advantageous.
- Proficiency in specialized English.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Capable of multitasking, with initiative and team spirit.
