Civil Engineer (UAE Nationals Only)

By supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems, the Electrical Engineer plays an important role in ensuring project quality, safety, and successful delivery.
Site Execution & Coordination
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers.
- Support in resolving basic site issues and coordination challenges.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
- Assist in site inspections and documentation.
- Support in implementing health & safety requirements on site.
Technical Support
- Review drawings and support in identifying discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing site reports and documentation.
- Support material tracking and site logistics coordination.
- Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on project experience.

You’re a Great Fit If You
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of construction concepts (academic level).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a site environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop practical skills.
