Position: Civil Engineer Project Incharge

Qualification: Diploma (DCE) / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project supervision, and building/facility maintenance. Experience in industrial or plant projects will be preferred.
Age Group: 25 – 35 years
Software: Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage all civil engineering activities for projects as well as routine facility maintenance.
Supervise ongoing construction work and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, structural engineers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain and update civil drawings and technical documents whenever modifications occur.
Verify work measurement sheets and validate contractor bills and invoices based on actual site measurements.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to civil work and project progress.
Monitor preventive and breakdown civil maintenance of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure within the premises.
Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical teams for integrated project execution and maintenance activities.
Guide and supervise junior staff to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned work.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance related to civil activities.
Work closely with the safety officer and liaisoning team to maintain safe work practices and statutory requirements.
