Stable Money has 30 lac+ trusted investors, 2000cr+ bookings since inception and is backed by marquee investors such as Z47, Lightspeed, Fundamentum, Matrix Partners, RTP Global to name a few.  Role Overview As the City Business Head, you are the CEO of your city owning end to end P&L, investment wallet growth, team & channel performance. This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on direct customer acquisition, partner development (IFAs/DSAs/MFDs/wealth advisors), team building, and process-driven execution. What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities) Market & Growth * Build and execute the city go to market: micro market mapping, pincode coverage, funnel & beat plans. * Deliver monthly and quarterly targets for investments volume (₹), number of FDs, number of Bonds, number of mutual funds, active customers, and repeat investments. * Drive investment wallet growth via cross sell/upsell, portfolio deepening, and city level campaigns. Channel & Partnerships * Acquire, activate, and scale channel partners (IFAs, DSAs, wealth boutiques, community leaders, housing societies, corporates etc). * Run partner onboarding, training, joint customer events, incentive governance, and performance hygiene. * Maintain high partner productivity (activations, conversion %, average ticket size, compliance score). * Direct Sales & Customer ExperienceLead from the front in high stakes customer meetings; close marquee customers/accounts. * Ensure top tier NPS: zero-defect KYC/documentation, quick TATs, and clear communication. Team Building & Leadership * Hire, train, coach, and manage 5–10 field sales reps (minimum 2 years prior team handling required). * Institute a rigorous operating rhythm: daily huddles, weekly reviews, funnel hygiene, pipeline building, sales commitments, and capability building. P&L, Process & Compliance * Own city P&L: productivity, CAC, ATS,  incentives, vendor spends, and unit economics. * Be a stickler for process - CRM hygiene, pipeline data, sales commitments, input metrics, and SOP adherence. * Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML/PMLA) and audit readiness; drive clean, documented operations. Data, Reporting & Collaboration * Track inputs → outputs: leads → meetings → commitments → investments → renewals. * Publish weekly/monthly dashboards; flag risks early and propose fixes. * Work closely with central product, operations, and marketing on city feedback and experiments. What Great Looks Like (KPIs you’ll be measured on) * FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals * Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals * Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention * Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate * Active & productive partners, partner activation to productivity ramp * Team productivity per rep, activity/visit metrics, adherence to beats CAC & city unit economics, marketing ROI, incentive efficiency Customer NPS Must-Have Qualifications * 10+ years in City/Branch-level Sales/BD in * * Banking/Insurance/Investments/Lending. * Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for). * Proven direct sales to retail/affluent customers and channel sales via IFAs/DSAs/partners.Managed a 5–10 member field team for ≥2 years with hard targets and reviews. * Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution. * Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).Fluency in English + local language.
