Chief of Staff @ Waniwani
Waniwani

Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for the $10T services economy. We enable service vendor to sell quote-based services (insurance, financing, wealth, software and more) directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT, where buying decisions are moving, and built the Agent to Agent commerce future.
Our first product generated its own type of SaaSpocalypse. We launched the world's first insurance app unlocking quotes in ChatGPT. It triggered $79B market crash for the world's largest brokers. The press called it "the industry's ChatGPT moment." Now thousands of companies want to deploy their own AI-native storefronts through our infrastructure.
We are global from day one: US, Australia, Middle East, Korea, Europe. Our team is small, the ambition is not.
The role
Most of the company doesn't exist yet. You'll work directly with the CEO to identify what needs to be built next, and go build it. When something important doesn't have an owner, you're the owner. When a function needs to exist, you scope it, own it, and hand it off when it's time to hire for that role.
What you'll do:
Work directly with the CEO to identify what the business needs next and go build it. Hiring, Sales, client onboarding, partner operations, fundraising. Whatever the priority is this quarter.
Own cross-functional projects that don't have a home yet. Scope them, run them, deliver them.
Stand up new processes and systems from scratch, then hand them off to the right person when it's time to hire for that function.
Represent Waniwani in conversations with clients, investors, and partners when it matters to have another senior person in the room.
Keep the CEO focused on the highest-leverage work by absorbing everything else.
You:
Have operated in fast-moving environments. B2B Startups, VC, consulting, or high-intensity operating roles where you were expected to figure things out without a roadmap.
Are a 0-to-1 person. You build structure where there is none and move on to the next problem.
Write clearly, think quickly, and context-switch without losing quality.
Want to understand how an entire company works, not just one function.
