Chief Juicer
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Chief Juicer to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As the Chief Juicer, you will lead our juice production operations, develop new and exciting juice recipes, and ensure the highest quality standards in all our products.
- Oversee daily juice production operations and manage the juicing team
- Develop and implement new juice recipes and seasonal menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for fresh produce procurement
- Train and mentor team members on juicing techniques and customer service
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote new juice offerings
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize menu and operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative juicing techniques
- Minimum 5 years of experience in juice production or related field
- Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
- Expert knowledge of juicing techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ability to create unique juice combinations
- In-depth knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and their nutritional properties
- Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices
- Valid Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
- Excellent inventory management and cost control skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Culinary degree or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
