ABOUT THE POSITION
 
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at BURGA is more than just a title – it’s a strategic leadership role at the core of our global expansion. You’ll shape how we attract, grow, and empower our people while enabling BURGA to scale rapidly and sustainably.  

Your Role
: As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape BURGA’s global growth through people and organization. You will define and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with our business goals, ensuring we build and scale a high-performing, engaged, and inspiring workplace. As a trusted partner to leadership, you will drive organizational effectiveness, transformation, and culture at scale.

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO: 
 
- Develop and implement a People strategy that directly supports BURGA’s global growth and business objectives
- Lead core People functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Ops and Office - Management, overseeing a broad and growing organization
- Continuously improve compensation and benefits to attract, motivate, and retain top talent globally
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to plan hiring needs and support international expansion beyond Lithuania
- Define and leverage People data, metrics, and analytics to drive insights, decisions, and organizational improvements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment that reflects BURGA’s culture
- Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives in a fast-scaling environment
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and build strong partnerships across business units
 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:   
 
- 6+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, managing multi-layered teams (department heads, leads, specialists)
Proven experience in a C-level or equivalent strategic role within a complex organization
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting metrics
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside executive teams or boards
- A track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people engagement skills
- Fluency in English
- A strong passion for people, culture, and building high-performing organizations at scale
- A track record of scaling teams and driving impact in fast-paced environments.
 
SALARY: From 8000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
