A company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. This executive role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive performance, optimize systems, and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management functions

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital strategy

Lead ERP implementation and financial systems optimization

Present financial insights to executive leadership, board, and investors

Build and develop a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred

10+ years of finance leadership experience

Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or high-growth environments preferred

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and ERP systems

Proven leadership and executive communication skills
