Votre rôle
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Services Financiers (banque, assurance,…), nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Confirmé.e – Chef.fe de Projet Digital / Product Owner.
Vous intervenez auprès de nos clients sur des projets de transformation digitale et d’expérience client, depuis les phases de cadrage jusqu’au pilotage opérationnel des dispositifs.
Vos missions
En tant que Chef.fe de Projet Digital / Product Owner, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Piloter des projets digitaux complexes (sites, apps, parcours omnicanaux, plateformes CRM, outils métiers) en Agile ou en cycle en V
- Accompagner nos clients banque / assurance / services financiers dans la transformation de leurs parcours clients et digitaux
- Animer les phases de cadrage, recueil des besoins, rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles
- Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes : équipes métiers, product, UX, data, tech, partenaires,…
- Suivre la qualité, les délais et les budgets des projets
- Contribuer à la réflexion stratégique (benchmark, recommandations, roadmap,…)
- Participer à la dynamique du cabinet
Votre profil
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience hors stage et alternance, idéalement en cabinet de conseil, ESN ou agence digitale
- Expérience significative en gestion de projets digitaux / product ownership dans le secteur des services financiers (banque, assurance, fintech,…)
- A l’aise avec l’accompagnement de clients avec un fort niveau d’exigence
- À l’aise dans des environnements multi-acteurs et multi-projets
- Capacité à allier vision stratégique et pilotage opérationnel
- Anglais courant indispensable (langue de travail quotidienne, projets internationaux présentations en anglais)
- Esprit structuré, sens du service, excellent relationnel
