THE POSITION
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team in the lively and dynamic new concept of Bar Belle. As a Chef de Partie in our Bar Belle restaurant, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in the development and creation of new menu items.
Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering functions.
Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance culinary skills.
