Chef - Loughton

Lodestone House | Monday to Friday

We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Lodestone House, contracted to 30 hours per week.

As a Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food that truly brightens our customers’ day. Working within one of the UK’s leading food service companies, you’ll be supported to grow your career in a business that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards those who go the extra mile.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality meals for customers

• Supporting with menu development and new food concepts

• Monitoring stock levels and managing kitchen inventories

• Listening and responding to customer feedback to improve service

• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

• Ensuring all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are followed

• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image

• Passion for great food and excellent customer service

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent qualification

• Experience in a similar Chef role

• Previous team supervision experience

• Food Hygiene certificate

• A flexible and positive approach to working
