Chapter Lead, TM, Business Functional Specialist

FC Detection and Investigation Solutions is a Tribe of 150 employees, organized in 14 cross functional squads across Denmark, Lithuania and India. Our Tribe is accountable for enabling real-time screening and retrospective monitoring of transactions and trade flows.

We support the entire Group and play a central role in Danske Banks financial crime prevention within Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions risk mitigation, Fraud prevention and Anti-Bribery, Corruption & Tax-Evasion.

We are looking for a Chapter Lead for the Business Functional Specialists (BFS) within the Transaction Monitoring domain.

 

You will:

  • Lead by example by working hands-on as a Business Functional Specialist and driving selected cross-squad initiatives, such as data management compliance or specific transaction monitoring deliveries
  • Be HR leader for the 11 chapter members working across the 6 squads within Transaction Monitoring domain
  • Be responsible for upskilling and setting the direction for the BFS Chapter
  • Be responsible for ensuring high engagement and performance of the BFS chapter
  • Manage incoming dependencies from other tribes identified as part of the bank wide quarterly and yearly planning periods (QBR and ABR)
  • Collaborate with internal Tribe leadership group of Chapter Leads, Product Owners and Cluster Leads
  • Join the business leadership team in the FC Detection and Investigation Tribe, reporting to the Tribe Lead

     

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Functional Specialist or Business Analyst
  • Experience working with FinCrime prevention within Transaction Monitoring domain
  • Proven functional and/or HR leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, supported by an ability to present and communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
  • You have an agile mind-set and a drive to continuously improve our ways of working
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
