Chai is a research lab working on AI to unlock biology. Our models design new molecules for new medicines. We are changing how biologists develop drugs, just as Anthropic is changing how engineers write code. Our vision is a design suite for molecules, with applications across life sciences, agriculture, materials and beyond.

Our founders have been at the forefront of this field from the beginning. We are backed by Thrive, General Catalyst, OpenAI, Dimension and other tier-one investors. We partner with global life sciences companies like Eli Lilly on deals that are transforming industry.

About the role

We are building out our partnerships founding team and looking to make a few key hires to anchor the effort. You will help set the terms and drive deal execution with the world's leading life sciences companies, establishing relationships that will shape our future.

These are complex transactions with sophisticated partners. You'll need to lean into the many details that make these partnerships work, while creating urgency and alignment around a common vision.

This is a critical role at a pivotal time for the business: Deal volume and demand are accelerating fast. It will be a lot of fun, a lot of work, and extraordinarily rewarding.
