Independent Contractor CRNA Full Time in Vail, Colorado!

Type: PSA / 1099 Independent Contractor
Required Commitment: FULL-TIME for a minimum of 16–20 weeks (4–6 months)
Locations: Vail Health Hospital, Vail Valley Surgery Centers, Dillon Surgery Center

We’re seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time independent contractor assignment, providing anesthesia care across multiple Vail Health facilities. This is your chance to practice at a high level and live where people vacation.

What You’ll Do

Vail Health operates a 56-bed state-of-the-art hospital and three outpatient surgery centers across the Eagle and Summit Counties. The anesthesia service line supports a high-acuity orthopedic and spine caseload—professional athletes, complex reconstructions, and sports medicine—without cardiac or neuro call. OB coverage available for those with experience; not required.

  • Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix
  • Partner closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure exceptional patient care

 

What You Need

  • 5+ years CRNA experience
  • Colorado RN license (or compact) + Colorado CRNA certification
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and required systems

 

 

Important Requirement

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role — not an employee position.

You must be available to work a full-time schedule for a minimum of 16–20 weeks.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
