Pay Range: $20.25 – $25.00 an/hour (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide safe mobility assistance and help with transfers
- Prepare and serve meals tailored to dietary needs
- Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
What we are looking for
- Active Maryland CNA Certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Physical ability to assist with client transfers
