Revup Payments is seeking a CEO to lead the company through its critical growth phase, building and executing a commercial and product strategy, and aligning owners and investors on success metrics.

Requirements

  • Prove Revup’s viability as an autonomous B2B payments company.
  • Build and execute a coherent commercial and product strategy.
  • Lead the spin-off from Leadtech’s internal structure.
  • Align owners and investors on success metrics, including client acquisition, transaction volume, and profitability.
  • Turn the roadmap and pipeline into an investor-ready story.
  • Define success metrics and commercial targets.
  • Design a motivating organisational structure and compensation model.
  • Enable Revup to operate with autonomy while maintaining governance and risk oversight.
