C&E Buyer
The opportunity
We are seeking a C&E Buyer to join our aviation procurement team in Sofia. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing consumables, expendables, and related services to support aviation maintenance and aftermarket operations. You will work closely with suppliers, internal planning teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure parts and services are delivered on time, at the right quality, and at the best commercial value.
What you’ll be doing
Source and purchase aviation consumables and expendables (C&E).
Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Raise and manage purchase orders in ERP systems.
Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery).
Resolve delivery, documentation, and quality issues.
Support stock planning and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements when needed.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
