Overview We are looking for a senior Insights & Analytics manager to lead Beverages Commercial, Shopper and NRM Insights agenda in CE and BCCA markets. The individual will partner multifunctionally withing PepsiCo as well as with multifunctional team from our Bottling partners to drive share and profitability growth across PepsiCo Beverages portfolio. Responsibilities Guide PepsiCo channel strategy and lead deep analytical work to reveal actionable insights regarding Marketing and In store plans, identify what works and also opportunity areas Contribute to building partner / win-win relationship with key Bottlers and build PepsiCo category / shopper expertise. Lead understanding of shoppers of different channels to identify and providing business with answers to shopper-related issues and opportunities, define knowledge gaps, prioritize them, develop and execute research plan to cover the key gaps. Monitor and lead assessment of the marketplace and category/ consumer /shopper behavior changes / dynamics. Innovations tracking, highlighting clear opportunities/ cause correction imperatives. Competitor analysis for our biggest competitors Manage research vendors across different markets Lead Retail audit, HH panel, Brand health & Equity 360 assessments to guide consumer centric plans Qualifications The desired candidate should have 10+ years FMCG insights experience. Experience in at least one of these fields is a must: business intelligence, business analytics, NRM Insights, shopper insights, trade insights, category management. Proficiency in Retail audit data analytics and fluency in English are a must. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skillset and ability to adapt and navigate ambiguity and complexity, as he/she will be responsible with insights agenda across 20+ markets and multiple Bottling partners. The desired candidate has a high drive for action, perseverance and is results oriented, to match the Bold growth ambitions of our region. He or she should also be able to simplify complexity, and communicate/ build stories in a compelling, clear and concise manner. We are looking for an individual with excellent sense for organizational dynamics (savvy), including ability to build and leverage trusting, collaborative relationships and networks both within the organization and externally (Bottling partners) across boundaries, across geographies and across levels (incl. senior stakeholders) We seek to enlarge our team with an individual who has a passion for consumer & shopper insights and wants to further drive human centric plans in CE & BCCA geographies. It would constitute an advantage: Experience working in Franchise business models or on Beverages’ portfolio. Experience working cross geographies. Experience influencing senior leadership teams as external Bottlers/ Distributors/ Retailers leadership. Experience with Power BI automation No relocation budget available.
