The teacher will be responsible for the delivery of any two or three of the following subjects within the Diploma of Commerce and Diploma of Business programs at Deakin College.

  • Accounting For Decision Making
  • Business Analytics
  • Financial Literacy

This role includes teaching, providing academic support to students, exam / test supervision and marking of assignments and exams.

Extensive experience teaching higher education diplomas in a university pathway program in the above-mentioned areas

  • Experience with a learning management system (preferably Moodle) to assist and enhance the delivery of subject content
  • A comprehensive understanding of pathway programs and their articulation with university courses
  • Demonstrated understanding of and empathy for a multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, independently and initiate change
  • Demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities and meeting deadlines
