Role summary
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations of the Caruso platform for fund managers across private credit, real estate, and broader private markets.
This is not a cookie-cutter onboarding role. You’ll work closely with each client to understand how their funds operate, translate requirements into clean system workflows, and deliver implementations that drive real operational change and long-term adoption.
You’ll operate at the intersection of fund operations, platform configuration, and delivery execution, partnering with fund managers, CFOs, and back-office teams to modernise legacy processes and bring the Caruso platform to life.
What you'll do:
Lead implementations end-to-end: discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and early post-launch support.
Translate complex operating models (fund structures, compliance needs, investor workflows) into effective and scalable Caruso configurations.
Design pragmatic solutions for clients with complex or non-standard processes, balancing best practice, platform capability, and real-world constraints.
Lead the data migration workstream by gathering client data requirements, defining the target outcomes, and partnering with our Data Engineering team to deliver mapping, ETL, validation, and load activities.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to close feedback loops and continuously improve implementation outcomes.
Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and tooling that improve implementation quality, speed, and repeatability.
Support and mentor junior team members as the delivery function scales.
What we're looking for:
3+ years experience in SaaS implementation, client consulting, systems integration, or technical delivery roles.
Strong delivery fundamentals: discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and structured project execution.
Strong understanding of data migration concepts and integration dependencies, with the ability to define requirements clearly and coordinate delivery with technical teams.
A consultative mindset, you solve business problems and drive outcomes, not just complete checklists.
Ability to explain complex systems and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail, strong ownership, and calm execution under pressure.
Experience in fintech, funds management, private markets, or regulated industries is a plus (but not required).
