What does the interview process look like?

There are typically 5 steps to our interview process:

(1) Application Review: Our recruiting team intentionally sorts through resumes and applications and schedules interviews accordingly

(2) Recruiter Phone Screen: Your first stop in the interview process! Here you’ll learn more about the story of Rinsed while we learn about your background and experience

(3) Hiring Manager Interview: The deep dive into your specific experience from the person you’ll report to and how that translates into the world of Rinsed 

(4) Peer Panel Discussion: Your chance to meet more of the Rinsed team, gain insights into our daily workflows, and picture yourself in the role from the experts themselves

(5) Final Round: The finish line! As a finalist, you can expect to meet our CEO either virtually or onsite in our NY office, typically with a presentation that showcases your unique skill set

Is the team remote?

We have offices located in New York City and Lehi, Utah, as well as employees located in 19 states across the US! Our team includes both fully remote and hybrid workers.
