At CCEP, we take care of each other’s safety and wellbeing first, so we can all get back to what we love. To support that aim, we now have over 1000 Wellbeing First Aiders. These are volunteers from across the business who are given training to help them support colleagues. Many of these volunteers go on to be trainers themselves.

We’re determined to drive the economic empowerment of under represented people, with a particular focus on people with disabilities, those from minority ethnic groups or lower socio economic backgrounds, and women. This is why we will support the skills development of 500,000 people facing barriers in the labour market by 2030.
