At M&G, we understand that unexpected things happen, priorities change, and individual motivations evolve. Career paths are rarely linear and often involve many twists and turns. One thing is clear, though, taking a career break, starting a family or doing something completely different can develop valuable new insights, experiences and skills – all of which can be extremely useful to our business.
About our career returners programme
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken an extended career break of 18 months or more to re-join the workplace in a supportive and flexible way.
In partnership with Career Returners, the return to work specialists, we have recruited returners who have been out of the workplace for as long as 9 years and whilst some roles we offer may require specific expertise or knowledge, for the majority of roles we are looking for potential.
We welcome applications from all diverse backgrounds and are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, capable of building and maintaining relationships and are enthusiastic to work and learn with us.
We are also proud to report we have had a 100% conversion to permanent or full-time contracts for the previous programmes run at M&G.
