THE JOB
The Fan Ambassador is a front-line guest experience role responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and positive environment for all campground guests. This position focuses on guest engagement, wayfinding, and proactive support to enhance the overall campground experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for all campground guests
Greet guests upon arrival and throughout the campground with a positive attitude
Provide accurate information regarding campground rules, amenities, schedules, and event details
Assist with wayfinding and directing guests to campsites, facilities, and key locations
Proactively walk assigned areas to engage with guests and identify needs or concerns
Monitor campground areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with campground policies
De-escalate minor guest concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Support campground operations as needed, including light cleaning, restocking, or assisting other teams
Encourage a respectful, inclusive, and fun environment for all guests
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy or stressful situations
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events
Experience handling guest concerns or conflict resolution
Knowledge of the campground or event environment
Work Environment:
Outdoor setting with high guest interaction
Fast-paced, high-energy environment during events
May include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk long distances across campground terrain
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions (heat, wind, dust, etc.)

The expected compensation for this position is:
$17.13 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
