Apply through careers.progressive.com — Progressive's career portal powered by Jobvite. Create a profile, join the Talent Network for job alerts, and ensure your resume is attached before submitting. The system auto-populates application fields from your uploaded resume.
Prepare for the Progressive Pre-Employment Assessment — a 50-minute evaluation with cognitive reasoning, personality assessment (100 questions on a 6-point scale), and role-specific skills testing. You have six days to complete it after receiving the invitation. Results are valid for two years; retakes are available after six months if you do not qualify.
