BI Sales Analyst will work closely with Market Director, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service teams engaged into sales and pricing process in the market. and will cooperate with AC EMEA BI team. The main goal of the role is implementation of reporting strategies that will support long-lasting and profitable business growth.
The position requires a person who can work autonomously in a highly demanding environment, with a capability to operate at project management and implementation level.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Implement BI Sales analysis approach covering the analysis of:
    • Analysis of sales and customer data,
    • Sales Strategy and actual sales analysis, report creation,
    • Trade Terms structure
    • Promotions/Projects pricing optimization
    • Product and customer mix management
    • Market share analysis
    • any other sales related analysis asked by the Market ManagerDirector
  • Develop sales analytics tools in order to identify sales gaps and profit improvement opportunities
  • Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service teams in order to develop and implement sales analysis processes
  • Support implementation of sales support tools
  • Run reports supporting sales decisions
  • Cooperate with the network of AC EMEA BI team including sharing reporting tools, best practices, and adopting best practices from other markets
  • Any other sales analysis request from Market ManagerDirector, which helps in sales and profitable growth decisions
  • Manage projects in the AC HU market

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years relevant experience (BI usage, sales/financial analysis, sales, marketing), but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Strong quantitative capabilities
  • BI analysis – understand business and ability to apply sales strategy to operational data & recommend profit improvement opportunities
  • Competitive research – ability to collect competitive data and translate into competitive strategy
  • Communications – ability motivate change and discipline across the organization
  • Financial analysis – ability to see the critical trend in complex databases
  • IT facility – ability to develop reports from diverse operating systems

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  •      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economy
