You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.
Purpose of the Role
Co-create the Global core model and AMEA deployment of the new planning solution (o9) across E2E planning, implement the new solution within AMEA region and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging their expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and being an ambassador, role model and change agent among the Key users and end user communities.
Main Responsibilities
· Co-develop optimized way of IBP and S&OE process to elevate short/medium/long term quarterly decision-making capability with new system solution
· Act as Key Subject Matter Expert in IBP/S&OE and facilitate discussions with Key Users
· Manage the change management activities for process improvement evolvement in line to the overall functional/technical design and implementation journey
· Manage the implementation support in the Regions through Regional/BU Key Users
· Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design
· Calibrate/participate functional requirements with demand/supply SMEs to ensure integrated approach in fit gap analyses
· Create functional/integration test scenarios
· Identify and validate Master data where required
· Test/validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios
· Conduct the End Users trainings
· Support & Lead for their respective function area, stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
· Deep training on the o9 platform in preparation for functional design documentation
· Participate various workshops, committees and cross-functional design sessions
· Articulate your issues and solutions to broader audiences including Global/Regional/BU business and functional stakeholders
· Solve problems as a global team while representing your region and function

Key Skills required
· MDLZ AMEA Multi-market experience is essential
· Deep expertise in IBP/S&OP/S&OE (10+ years of experience)
· Indepth understanding of MDZL commercialization and business model
· Background on IT processes and systems (3+ years of experience)
· Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new possibilities.
· Ability to envision future ready operating model in line to 2030 vision
· Agile and Growth mindset
· Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working
· Strong stakeholders’ management and influencing skills
· Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building

· Prior experience in implementing new planning solutions a plus (O9/OMP/Kinnaxis/Anaplan/SAP etc.
