The Giants Business Data and Analytics department was officially established as an internal service group at the start of 2019. Since then, the group has been dedicated to building a data infrastructure, developing reports, driving fan research, fostering a data-driven culture and providing analytic and strategic support to partners across the business. About the Role
The San Francisco Giants are looking for a full-time Business Systems Administrator, where you will have the unique opportunity to elevate the implementation of our event management system, TripleSeat, as well as optimizing our usage of our primary Salesforce CRM.
You’ll work cross-functionally with groups in Experience Development, Ballpark Operations, and Giants Enterprises, as well as with a number of revenue generating business units to learn best practices, support enhancements, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities. In doing so, you will help drive revenue success, client engagement, and strategic event planning. You will be expected to consistently and successfully support new feature rollouts, user adoption of core system practices, and assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards that support decision making across both systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong system configuration and problem-solving skills, while understanding relational databases and the ability to manipulate data through SQL queries and Tableau dashboards. This role will help maximize the impact of TripleSeat and Salesforce in a sales and service environment and will provide day-to-day system support for events at Oracle Park, ensuring both systems are effectively used before, during, and after events. This position reports to our Senior Director, Research and CRM Strategy.
This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco. The Giants are currently in a hybrid working model, with expectation this role will be working in office three days per week.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred.
· Outstanding presentation skills, including the proven ability to articulate complex business processes, to drive improved data integrity and productivity.
· Strong intellectual curiosity with an analytical mind. Must be a quick study in learning new technology capabilities.
· Experience with TripleSeat and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred.
· Exposure to SQL-based databases; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data warehouse solution is a plus, but not required.
· Experience working with visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
· Knowledge of SQL, Excel and other resources that aid in analytic work.
