Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations, is looking for a motivated Business Processes Associate with experience in analyzing, modelling and enhancing business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and design end to end business processes across technical, operational, and corporate functions using BPMN standards.
Structure problems, conduct root cause analysis, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Conduct gap assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
Support cross-functional project teams and facilitate alignment between business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
Evaluate project and change requests using ROI assessments to support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to PMO style governance, tracking of deliverables, and reporting on progress.
Develop executive ready presentations, analysis summaries, and recommendations in MS PowerPoint.
