Collaborating closely with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving business needs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document process flows and create detailed specifications for process improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
