Business Partner Finance
Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Business Partner for a growing engineering and services organisation on a permanent basis in Pontypridd. The Finance Business Partner role will initially be on an 18 month fixed term contract - but as a growing organisation they have track record of retaining new talent. The Finance Business Partner supports the provision of financial support to their division. They will be at the heart of decisions, supporting the organisation to deliver on its business plan and corporate objectives. The Finance Business Partner will work within a team to provide strategic, value-adding financial insight and analysis to senior management and budget owners, enabling effective decision-making. As a key interface with the organisation, they work with the wider Finance and Governance team to coordinate the delivery of services across complex operational and capital portfolios. They will operate within governance and controls framework and will support efficiency and continuous improvement. You will support the presentation of financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision-making. Budget Holders and Operational Teams: Facilitate regular review meetings, provide financial guidance, and support business case development to drive accountability and performance. Wider Finance Team: Collaborate on reporting, transformation and other continuous improvement initiatives, and audit activities to ensure consistency and compliance. Project Teams: Advise on financial planning, cost management, and performance tracking for key initiatives. On offer: A salary of 59,000 plus a generous pension, travel benefit and hybrid, flexible working.
