As a Biz Ops Associate, you will take on cross-functional projects critical to Regal’s success, with an initial and primary focus on driving digital distribution and growth marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role designed for a generalist who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new initiatives.
This role will start owning and optimizing our growth marketing engine, but is designed as a springboard into broader business operations. You’ll begin by driving performance across core marketing channels and building a scalable, data-driven growth machine. As you master the funnel and demonstrate impact, you’ll take on increasingly cross-functional initiatives, working with Regal executives, that meaningfully shape company strategy and execution.
Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.
