Business Intelligence/Analytics Engineering Manager

Talkiatry is seeking a strategic, hands-on Business Intelligence/Analytics Engineering Manager to lead our growing BI Engineering team. This leader plays a critical role in advancing Talkiatry’s data strategy by guiding the technical direction and delivery of our BI and analytics systems, with a focus on scalable, reliable self-service analytics that support informed decision-making and follow modern analytics engineering best practices. You will manage a team of five BI professionals and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data is accessible, actionable, and aligned with our mission of transforming mental health care.  About Talkiatry: Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care.
