Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will drive the growth of our innovative low-code platform across the DACH region. By identifying strategic opportunities within a vast existing customer base, you will evangelize a vision of digital transformation. You will partner closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and execute creative outreach strategies in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and emails to qualify prospects and generate sales-ready meetings
Research strategic accounts and create targeted lead lists of key personas to drive DACH territory expansion
Collaborate with marketing teams to test outbound messaging and optimize the effectiveness of local campaigns
The ideal candidate:
Native or fluent German language skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
At least one year of professional sales experience with a proven track record in a metric-driven environment
Proactive self-starter capable of balancing multiple initiatives while maintaining a high standard of prioritization
