- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive new business
- Strong negotiation, networking and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a results-driven approach to achieving revenue targets
- High energy, proactive and comfortable working in the field meeting clients
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
