About the Role Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the security industry. This role is ideal for a strategic, self-motivated professional who excels at building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence — especially within bilingual and multicultural markets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen presence in existing ones. Client & Stakeholder Relationships Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding to ensure a seamless, professional experience. Digital & Marketing Engagement Utilize social media, digital marketing strategies, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. Market & Industry Insight Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide actionable insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage the sales pipeline, and prepare regular business development reports. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in security services or a related industry. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written). Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of security solutions, client needs, and industry regulations. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Independent & Organized: Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
