Business Development Manager (f/m/d) Indirect Sales Europe

Building on our success in direct sales and initial achievements with partners in indirect sales, we are looking for you as Business Development Manager – Indirect Sales Europe to strategically and operationally expand the indirect sales channel across all European sales units.
Working closely with local sales teams, you will play a key role in exponentially increasing our market presence and implementing our go-to-market strategy with distribution partners.
In this role, you will drive the growth of our indirect sales channel across Europe by shaping strategy, managing partnerships, and enabling teams for success.
Strategy & Business Development
You further develop and implement our European distribution strategy as a key growth driver.
You identify, evaluate, and select potential distribution partners in close collaboration with local Heads of Sales and the Regional Director.
Channel Management
You define and implement clear channel principles for a complementary, high-growth sales channel.
You ensure compliance with indirect sales guidelines and related processes across all sales units.
Marketing & Enablement
You make sure marketing concepts and point-o-sale materials for the distribution channel are available.
You ensure training concepts and content are in place for internal teams and partners – covering product knowledge, sales arguments, and market positioning.
Operational Sales Support
You conduct regular business reviews with partners in cooperation with local sales colleagues.
