CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on driving innovation in workflows and expanding 3D digitization across fashion companies in the region.
The role involves presenting the company’s vision, technology, and products to potential clients, leading the implementation process, and coordinating project timelines with the Design & Implementation team. The Business Development Manager will also take charge of client onboarding, training, and support, with a particular focus on managing relationships with clients in Thailand.

The Business Development Manager will also take charge of client onboarding, training, and support, with a particular focus on managing relationships with clients in Thailand.
Responsibilities
Present and engage in discussions with executive and C-level leadership
Manage the sales pipeline, client conversions, and onboarding projects
Collaborate with the 3D Design and Implementation Team to strategize and implement various 3D software solutions, cloud platforms, and connected services within the company’s ecosystem
Provide client support through email, conference calls, and phone communication
Conduct strategic research and analysis on market trends to identify business expansion opportunities and understand B2B customer needs for better product adoption
Act as a liaison between global CLO offices to strengthen product adoption across the global supply chain
Plan and deliver presentations on the company’s vision, technology, and products during client meetings and industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and panels
Requirments
Relevant experience in the apparel industry, technology/startup sector, or a background in fashion marketing or business, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem and operations management
Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects to successful completion with a professional and proactive attitude
Strong customer-oriented communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities
Confident and engaging presentation skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and open-minded team player
Tech-savvy with a strong interest in emerging technologies
Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
Fluent in both Thai and English
Must be a Thai citizen
