About the Role

As a Business Development Manager within BOQ’s Third Party Broker Unit, you’ll play a key role in growing and strengthening our broker distribution channel.

This role is focused on building meaningful, trusted relationships with accredited brokers and aggregator partners, positioning BOQ as a valued lending partner and helping drive sustainable home loan growth while supporting existing customer retention.

You’ll be the face of BOQ in the broker market, confidently sharing the BOQ story, promoting our lending solutions and supporting brokers to deliver great outcomes for their clients. Working closely with internal teams across Broker Operations, Credit and Home Lending, you’ll help ensure a smooth endtoend experience, from quality application submission through to settlement.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll represent BOQ Group at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities, staying connected to market trends and broker needs.

Success in this role comes from balancing strong relationship management with commercial outcomes, delivering on both financial and nonfinancial objectives while living the BOQ Group values every day.

About You

You are a relationshipdriven professional who thrives on building strong networks and adding genuine value to partners and customers.

You have a solid understanding of residential lending and enjoy being the trusted point of contact for brokers, supporting them through the lending process and helping resolve challenges along the way.

You communicate with confidence and credibility, are comfortable influencing a wide range of stakeholders and take pride in delivering responsive, highquality service. You’re commercially minded, understand lending risk and have the ability to spot opportunities that align broker needs with BOQ solutions.

Curious, proactive and accountable, you keep your industry knowledge current and represent the BOQ brand with professionalism and integrity.

You enjoy working autonomously while being deeply connected to a broader team, and you’re motivated by contributing to BOQ Group's purpose of building social capital through banking.
