We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.  As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth and increase revenue. This exciting role requires a proactive approach to market research, client engagement, and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies in the vibrant Saudi Arabian market.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia and the broader region
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Create and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals that maximize value for the organization
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the development of long-term business plans and growth strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Nuur is an AI-driven mental wellbeing platform with two tracks:

  • Nuur (B2B): A corporate solution designed for employees in the MENA region. Currently in discovery, it focuses on building culturally relevant, AI-powered mental health support for workplaces.

  • Nuur Kids (with Alnowair): A joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools. The pilot (Sept–Dec 2025) blends AI coaching, culturally adapted content, and gamified learning for students, parents, and schools.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Saudi Arabian or Middle Eastern market
  • Strong track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Analytical thinking capabilities to assess market potential and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective business strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong market research and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills would be a significant advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and potentially to other regional locations as needed
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic business environment and embrace innovative approaches
