Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners
- Manage and track sales pipeline, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture
- Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience HVAC
- 5+ years of business development experience
- Must be able to travel up to 75% within North America

- MBA degree
- Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to design and execute effective business strategies
- Exceptional negotiation skills paired with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing performance goals
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Experience managing projects and working effectively across cross-functional teams
