What You’ll Be Doing

Commercial Growth & Execution

  • Execute agreed vendor and business unit growth plans to deliver profitable revenue and market share growth.
  • Drive upsell, cross‑sell, renewal, and reactivation opportunities across the assigned portfolio.

Go‑to‑Market & Planning

  • Execute quarterly vendor go-to-market (GTM) plans, owning agreed actions, pipeline progression, and performance tracking.
  • Take solutions and services to market in line with agreed GTM priorities.
  • Build and shape effective customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements and commercial context.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Management

  • Enable sales teams and partners to win opportunities and grow share of wallet.
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain solid working knowledge of assigned vendor products, services, and value propositions.
  • Clearly articulate TD SYNNEX’s value proposition in customer and partner conversations.

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM usage to support forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Track performance against plan, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Vendor‑Aligned Focus

  • Act as a key liaison between the vendor, TD SYNNEX, and partners.
  • Deliver enablement activities such as webinars, training sessions, and partner workshops.
  • Track and report against agreed vendor KPIs using approved tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product Marketing within the IT channel, vendor, or partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience supporting and executing vendor‑led or portfolio growth plans.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Confident and credible communicator with customers, partners, and internal teams, both written and verbal.
  • Highly effective self‑management, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
  • High energy, motivation, and a results‑driven commercial mindset.
