Business Development Manager
1. Job Purpose
• Win, Retain, Plan and manage the portfolio of VinFast
• Develop plan based on country targets
• Ensure achievement of Field Sales target KPIs
• Steer and improve Sales performance through effective processes
• Gather customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions
2. Main Accountabilities
• Fully dedicated to VinFast account development, KAM role for VinFast
• Able to work closely with VinFast senior leadership
• Flexible working model – able to work onsite (logistics team & factory team) at VinFast when required, depends on situation
• Maintain existing account portfolio and increase volume
• Achieve individual yearly financial and business growth target
• Define strategic actions with Station/ Country M&S, implement and monitor results.
• Drive implementation of effective Sales tools and processes in the country
• Win, Retain, Plan and manage portfolio of VinFast
• Invest in critical relationships between VinFast and the rest of DGF organization
• Develop a sales hunting culture with consistent business target achievement, flexibility and profitability and ROI consciousness
• Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities, cooperation with the Product team to develop VinFast
3. Requirement
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development and Logistics
• Deep knowledge of the Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Forwarding Industry
• Experiences of handling multi-national customers, RFQ
• Strong EN/VN communication skills and confident stakeholder engagement
• High responsiveness (24/7 support mindset, urgent issue handling)
• Senior-level presence, strong coordination with global teams, other countries
• High ownership, able to operate independently and drive solutions end-to-end
• Must be fully ready for travel (frequent domestic, international trips, accompany customer when needed)
