Qualifications

- Proven experience in leading B2B and B2C sales teams, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle in both sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external client relations.
- Capable of addressing challenges with innovative solutions to meet sales and client objectives
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and business analytics platforms
