Role Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies across India, targeting both existing and emerging market segments with a 0\\u20133\-year horizon.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships at multiple organizational levels within EMS companies, including senior management, procurement, and engineering functions.
  • Generate new design\-in opportunities by aligning customer requirements with semiconductor supplier portfolios.
  • Work closely with all product managers to execute the RFQ\\u2019s received from customers.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying high\-value opportunities (INR 1 Cr and above) and converting them into long\-term business engagements.
  • Develop and execute Go\-to\-Market (GTM) and marketing strategies to position semiconductor products effectively within EMS ecosystems.
  • Gather market intelligence related to EMS and semiconductor industry trends to support product strategy and business planning.
  • Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and regular progress reports, highlighting key projects, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (2\\u20133 members) to achieve sales and account development objectives across designated EMS accounts.



    Requirements
    Qualifications
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelor\\u2019s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering (Master\\u2019s degree preferred).
    • Experience : 10 years of experience in the semiconductor distribution industry or within EMS companies in a business development or key account management role.
    • Proven track record of generating new business from EMS customers and expanding semiconductor product penetration in the market.
    • Strong understanding of semiconductor products, supply chain dynamics, and system\-level requirements across industry segments.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at CXO and operational levels within customer organizations.
    • Established professional network within Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, and IT sectors.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage small teams, motivate members, and drive target achievement.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multi\-functional and multicultural teams.
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
