Business Development Lead - Key Accounts & Strategic Partnerships
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive expansion within existing customers and new customer acquisition. The role is accountable for improving retention, expansion, and predictable revenue from key accounts.
Requirements
- 6 - 10+ years in B2B sales / account management / partnerships roles (highly preferred: fintech, platforms, payments, loyalty, enterprise services)
- Proven success owning and expanding enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills (senior decision-makers)
- Experience leading a team with clear operating cadence and accountability
